 This month is traditionally the time for work parties, so that the club is all spruced up when we come back to sailing. Bob Trevis, our bosun, has planned 3 work parties:
- Sunday 09 March
- Saturday 15 March
- Sunday 23 March (Easter Sunday)
All work parties start at 9.30am. It's not all hard work and it's a great way to catch up with the news after a long winter. There's hot drinks and biscuits, a good laugh and good company. More importantly, our club is run and maintained by its members. Come along and make a difference!
 It's fast becoming a tradition: the Lancing Sailing Club bike ride will take place on Good Friday (21st March).
We're going to do the same route as last year, because the Downs Link is a gentle and safe offroad ride and Southwater café a nice place to have lunch.
We're meeting in Bramber Castle car park and planning to leave at 10.30am.
Over the last few years, it's been a lovely fun ride with all abilities and all ages catered for. No need to be a champion, just grab your bike and come along!

After many long weeks of inaction, the boats are itching to get afloat once again. The first day of the season is coming nearer, and we are all going to be there on the 30th March.
