Event datesThe 2008 Europe UK National Championship Regatta will be held at Lancing Sailing Club from July 26th to 27th 2008. FeedbackWhat a great weekend it was! Europe sailors coming from all over the UK and beyond, since we saw 5 Belgian boats coming to show the Brits how it's done.
Event venue
 Lancing Sailing Club is located between Worthing and Shoreham-by-Sea off the A259 coastal road, 8 miles west of Brighton. Shopsdam Road is unmade with no parking for the club. Click on this link to view a map of the area. For more details on Lancing Sailing Club location, please refer to the Contact page on this site. NB: Access to Lancing SC is restricted so please be prepared to pull your trailer down Shopsdam Road to the club (Lancing SC members will be on hand at most times to assist you). Club opening timesLancing Sailing Club premises will be open on Thursday 24th in the evening for boat deliveries from 7pm to 9pm, or at other times by prior arrangement. On Friday 25th July, the club will be open from 8am until the bar closes in the evening. Food will be available during the day and an evening meal will be organised, subject to numbers. Training dayThe class association will organise a training day on Friday 25th July from 10am onwards. Olympic coach Mark Littlejohn will be taking a maximum of 15 boats for a day's training, finishing at 4pm. | ||||||||||||||||||

Lancing Sailing Club 
I just wanted to thank all the people of the Europe Class and Lancing Sailing Club for the warm welcome we got from you. We enjoyed our weekend and came back with good memories.
Just a thank you to all the club officers and members (and the children!) who gave up their time (and the best weekend of the summer!) for the Europe Nationals. Everyone has been saying what a good weekend it was. Those that missed it have to be sorry.
Just wanted to thank you for all the time and hard work that you put in to the Nationals - despite what you may think, I did thoroughly enjoy myself...!
